PASYOU PA300 Adjustable Bench — Prototype Assessment

DESIGN PROTOTYPE

RECOMMENDATION PENDING

The PA300 could suit someone who wants an adjustable bench that folds away, but the current US and UK listings need a closer model check before BudgetHomeGym can recommend a purchase.

We have not tested this bench ourselves, and we are not currently recommending a purchase. This page tests the format of a future assessment.

Who might consider it — and who should wait

Who might consider it

Someone who already trains with weights, wants supported flat or angled exercises, values folding storage, and can set up and inspect a folding bench properly.

Who should wait or skip

Someone just starting without a clear need for a bench; anyone who needs independently established load performance, confirmed long-term durability, a verified current UK offer, or adjustable positions they will actually use.

What we can verify

Model named by PASYOU
PA300 adjustable bench
Published maximum
Manufacturer-stated 500 lb maximum — not independently load-tested by us
Manufacturer-stated item weight
11 kg
Published dimensions
48 × 18 × 43 in (D × W × H)

PASYOU describes the bench as adjustable and foldable. The published dimensions do not establish its folded size or flat footprint. PASYOU states a one-year warranty for eligible direct sales; terms may differ by seller and country.

Why a recommendation is pending

We have not reconciled the exact current US and UK variants. An older US marketplace path now surfaces a 660 lb bench, while accessible descriptions disagree on seven versus eight adjustment positions. A current purchasable UK offer is unverified, and long-term reliability evidence is too thin for a recommendation.

Large marketplace rating totals appear to span variants or product families. They cannot confidently be assigned to the exact 500 lb PA300, so this page does not present a product rating.

An independent test exists for an earlier 500 lb Pasyou bench, but its exact revision match to the current PA300 is unresolved. We are not transferring its findings to this model.

US and UK status

US

An official PA300 direct product page exists. Its exact current retail identity and marketplace comparison still need checking.

UK

A page labelled PA300 exists. A current purchasable offer, exact variant, seller, and support position remain unresolved.

Do you need a bench at all?

If your current exercises do not need a bench, buying one is unnecessary. You can try a no-equipment workout and work out what you actually need first.

A simpler flat bench may make more sense if incline positions are unnecessary. A more substantial adjustable bench may suit higher stability or load requirements. No competing model has been selected here.

Setup and warranty

Follow the manual for the exact unit. Fully engage adjustment and locking mechanisms, use a level stable floor, inspect feet and hardware, and stop using the bench if parts are loose or damaged. Do not stand or jump on it.

PASYOU states a one-year warranty for eligible direct sales. Do not assume identical coverage from every marketplace seller or in every country.
